This service is provided under the following terms and conditions:

1. Greycon shall endeavour to have the service available continuously, but is not responsible for any break in the service, such as effects of hackers, server breakdown, etc.
2. Every effort has been made to keep the response time for this service to about 1 second, but Greycon cannot guarantee response time.
3. Greycon makes no representation as to the suitability of the solution in terms of a roll stock policy, other than that the solutions presented are obtained by a state-of-the-art optimisation algorithm.
4. Greycon reserves the right to delete problems (input data, parameter settings and solutions) not accessed in six months.
5. Greycon has made and will continue to make every effort to protect the confidentiality of any supplied data.
6. Greycon will not disclose to anybody the data supplied by a user.
7. Greycon offers support for this service only by e-mail, rso@greycon.com.
8. Greycon will terminate the service if an account is not paid on time.
